Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Power BI solutions, including dashboards, data models, and backend schemas.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance enterprise Power BI dashboards with fiscal-year calculations, expenditure rollups, and audit-ready reporting.
• Implement monthly snapshot architecture, including backend schemas and workflows.
• Mentor junior developers to ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to support executive reporting and audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• 1+ year of data modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience for polished, user-centric dashboards.
