Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of secure Power BI dashboards for banking operations and regulatory reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards for banking and regulatory use cases.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Lead, mentor, and manage onsite and offshore Power BI teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, and report development for complex financial datasets.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing BI solutions for performance and adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, preferably in banking.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing hybrid onsite/offshore BI teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ETL processes for complex datasets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft data stack components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate and API integration with BI tools.
• Understanding of banking data privacy and regulatory reporting.
• Microsoft/Power BI certifications.
