Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Power BI reporting solutions and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify KPIs, and document technical specifications.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring adherence to visualization and data integration best practices.
• Optimize existing performance management dashboards and enhance data modeling structures.
• Develop data flows and integrations from diverse sources including REST APIs, Excel, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Conduct training sessions and create instructional videos to assist users in interpreting performance data.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.
• Expertise in Power BI and advanced DAX.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as SSAS, Erwin, or SQL Data Modeler.
• Proven ability to manage data integrations via REST API, Excel, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in performance management reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for direct client-facing consultation.

Preferred Skills

• PL-300 certification.
