Description

You will lead the development and administration of business intelligence solutions and data visualization workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Power BI and Tableau visualizations, parameters, and reports.
• Manage BI administration tasks including permissions, server maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Develop Python-based automations for business processes and API-driven workflows.
• Perform performance tuning for business intelligence and database platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Mine and source large internal and external datasets to test and validate business hypotheses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Power BI application development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Pandas DataFrames, and API-driven workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI or Tableau administration.
• Expertise in relational databases including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
• Proficiency with Power Automate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a data-centric major.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial services datasets across investment, product, and distribution functions.
