Description

You will lead the development, customization, and deployment of solutions within Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DevOps strategies, including build automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance within the Power Platform/D365 stack.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years focused on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Development.
• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate (Flows).
• Solid background in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for solution deployment.
• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs, including custom connectors.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS) and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
