Description

Lead the development and technical oversight of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all D365 development efforts and associated issues.
• Prepare mockups and prototypes using Power Platform features to propose solutions that meet business needs.
• Act as the liaison between VITA and customer agencies for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Develop and disseminate documentation covering platform usage, requirements, and technical analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Customer Service.
• Deep proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency with custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, specifically Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of role-based security configuration in Power Platform and D365.
• Experience with Dataverse and solution management (managed/unmanaged).
