Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices and web applications in a complex cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java SpringBoot microservices, deploying them via AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service.
• Build web applications using AWS Lambda with Python or Node.js.
• Create scalable and secure API specifications using OpenAPI Specifications.
• Lead incident bridges, perform root cause analysis for production issues, and implement preventative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices and participate in technical user story grooming.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SpringBoot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to design systems for logging, monitoring, tracing, and security.
• Experience with OpenAPI Specifications.
