Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Build, optimize, and deploy LLM-powered applications using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or similar.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases.
• Create AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Design RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and improve inference performance.
• Implement AI security, governance, monitoring, and observability.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Lead technical design discussions and establish AI development best practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture guidance, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and NLP.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of software development experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment best practices.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• AI/Cloud certifications are a plus
