Description

Design, build, and deploy scalable LLM-powered applications and AI agents using Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Django to integrate AI models with enterprise systems.
• Optimize prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference performance for LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source sources.
• Establish AI development best practices, lead technical design discussions, and mentor engineers through code reviews.
• Implement AI security, governance, and observability while collaborating with product and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong Python programming skills.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval using Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and system design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps, model evaluation, and distributed microservices architecture.
