Good to Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, and Gatling. Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools, and self-healing frameworks. Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience leading performance, resilience, and chaos testing initiatives. TypeScript knowledge and Playwright experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own the automation strategy, roadmap, and tooling across API, Web, and iOS mobile platforms.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and modular test frameworks from scratch to support comprehensive testing needs.
• Lead a team of SDETs by providing technical mentorship, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering excellence.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps leaders to embed quality at every stage of SDLC.
• Drive adoption of shift-left testing, TDD/BDD, and continuous testing practices across development teams.
• Establish KPIs and metrics for test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, and release quality measurement.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven testing solutions to improve testing efficiency.
• Own CI/CD test integration, including parallel execution, containerization, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms.
• Influence release readiness and act as a quality gatekeeper for production deployments.

Experience Required: 9–12 years of experience in Quality Engineering / SDET, with at least 3+ years in a lead/architect capacity.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
