Description

Define and own the automation strategy, roadmap, and tooling across API, Web, and iOS mobile platforms to ensure release quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, reusable, and modular test frameworks from scratch for comprehensive testing needs.
• Lead a team of SDETs by providing technical mentorship, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering excellence.
• Own CI/CD test integration, including parallel execution, containerization, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps leaders to embed quality, shift-left testing, and continuous practices.
• Establish KPIs for test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, and release quality measurement.

Required Skills

• 9–12 years of experience in Quality Engineering or SDET roles.
• At least 3 years in a lead or architect capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and API Automation.
• Deep understanding of Framework Design and Test Automation principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Quality Engineering practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for test scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling) and AI-driven testing solutions.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Playwright, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
