Description

You will lead product analysis for credit card and payments systems, defining requirements and validating automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document current processes and automation requirements.
• Define detailed business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Create test plans and conduct testing to verify automation alignment with business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users for solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in the banking industry with a credit card and payments focus.
• 8+ years experience across the end-to-end lifecycle of the Credit Card issuer area.
• Expertise in card application, account management, credit & terms, rewards & benefits, payment processing, billing, and collection.
• Expertise in monetary processing, Non-Monetary processing, Credit Bureau Processing, Reissue, and month-end processing.
• Experience with Payments, Rewards, Rules processing, Configurations, and Reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to interest rates and cardholder data.
• Understanding of how credit card issuer lifecycle functions for business and merchant financial institutes.
• Product Analyst experience.
