Description

You will lead the product management team for custody services, driving the product vision and technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for custody solutions, prioritizing features based on business value and risk mitigation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by creating clear user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and operations teams to implement product goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as SEC, MiFID II, FATCA, and AML while working with risk management teams.
• Drive innovation by exploring blockchain and AI to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management or analytical roles within the finance domain.
• Proven expertise in Product Strategy and managing a Product Roadmap.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and custody systems.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management.
• Experience in Risk Management and optimizing workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Banking) or Computer Science/IT.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in custody services, issuer services, or investment banking.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and reporting capabilities in securities servicing.
• CSPO or CISSP certifications.
