Description

You will lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to produce a consolidated domain roadmap for current and future initiatives.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support teams to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Translate domain vision into presentations for executive audiences and organizational partners.
• Provide input into solution design for new features to ensure product objectives and performance targets are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to champion projects from initial concept through implementation.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA for project management.
• Experience using data reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to both front-line staff and senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience integrating technical projects with Site Operations.
• Experience in the hospitality or technology industries.
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
