Drive product vision and technical integration for digital experiences across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision, strategy, and consolidated domain roadmap for in-flight and future initiatives.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to track domain health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to align roadmaps.
• Translate domain vision into strategic presentations for executive audiences.
• Provide input into solution design to ensure product objectives and performance targets are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to champion projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience using data reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to front-line staff and senior executives.
• Experience collaborating across Operations Integration, Site Operations, and Creative Design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Previous experience integrating technical projects with Site Operations.
• Background in the hospitality or technology industries.
