You will define and deliver the product roadmap to support business growth, automation, and operational excellence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable impact.
• Lead roadmap planning, feature definition, and release execution with engineering, data science, and UX.
• Build and deploy AI-driven automation tools to optimize product setup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and track business performance as the lead analytical workstream.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital commerce.
• Expertise in Product Management methodologies and functional design.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI and Automation to streamline workflows.
• Strong ability to partner with Data Science to validate ML models.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodology and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and inventory data.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
