Lead product development for Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute outcome-driven product cycles and lead rapid MVP builds to achieve product-market fit.
• Nurture customer relationships to validate market insights and identify user requirements.
• Prioritize roadmaps of epics and manage detailed backlogs, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and bug tracking.
• Partner with multi-functional squads to identify solutions based on value, feasibility, and viability.
• Collaborate with GTM and customer support teams to drive adoption of new enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related customer-interfacing role.
• 5+ years of experience within a customer-facing, cloud-based, or SaaS vendor organization.
• 1-2 years of experience with biological products or bioinformatics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience managing product backlogs and sprint cycles.
• Proven ability to lead rapid experimentation and data-gathering to address discovery risks.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Expert understanding of Genomics, Genetics, sequences, alignment, and next-generation sequencing.
• Experience with Intellectual Property (IP), patents, or trademarks.
