Description

You will own the product vision and execution across complex financial and digital banking products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap by collaborating with Product, Fraud, and Customer Support stakeholders.
• Design and build payment services, including leading the development of an in-house CRM system for financial services.
• Define and report on fraud product KPIs, implementing mitigation features with risk and compliance teams.
• Own the product backlog, writing and grooming user stories for sprint planning.
• Analyze product analytics and user feedback to iterate features and inform key product decisions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience as a product manager on mobile and web applications.
• Experience in at least two of: building/integrating CRM systems (fintech/payments), product management in payments/fintech, or fraud prevention product (payments/banking).
• Ability to dive into technical details as required.
• Strong understanding of agile development processes.
• Ability to communicate strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience integrating third-party services and fraud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
