Roles & Responsibilities:

• Align and manage organization wide AI product development and measure business value delivered through various AI initiatives
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs through ideation sessions and hackathons to prioritize AI use cases
• Lead insight gathering, ideation, and development into newer AI-powered business models and champion them through senior management
• Establish Responsible AI Principles and guardrails by collaborating with industry thought leaders and internal compliance teams
• Work with Technology Leaders and teams to develop AI products and ensure successful adoption across the organization

Experience Required: 10+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with Master's degree. Experience in building and scaling platforms leveraging Generative and Agentic AI for Enterprises. Proven leadership experience in developing products in multidisciplinary cross-functional environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, related field, MBA or PhD preferred
