Define the vision and roadmap for Business Intelligence products, aligning technical deliverables with organizational strategy and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the BI product vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and executive goals.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into prioritized product backlogs and release roadmaps.
• Manage scope changes and facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to maximize value delivery.
• Establish acceptance criteria with QA teams to ensure BI deliverables meet quality standards and data accuracy requirements.
• Define metrics to evaluate solution impact and drive continuous improvement in data quality and analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related technical product roles.
• 3+ years of specific experience in financial and commercial reporting domains.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, including Scrum activities, backlog management, and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in a structured environment.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and managing indirect/direct report deliverables.
• Background in Change Management and driving process enhancements for data initiatives.
