Description

You will own the product security strategy, framework implementation, and risk assessment for our medical device portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and review security requirements, threat models, and risk assessments across the product lifecycle.
• Support secure product development through design reviews, code analysis, and testing.
• Conduct or oversee penetration testing and manage vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor post-market security issues and lead remediation efforts.
• Support FDA cybersecurity documentation and handle customer security queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT/cybersecurity with 2+ years in product security.
• Proficiency in at least one language: C/C++, C#, or Python.
• Knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and CVSS scoring.
• Experience in secure coding practices and code reviews.
• Understanding of OS security for QNX, Linux, or Windows Embedded.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Medical device security or FDA compliance knowledge.
• Experience with tools like Checkmarx, Black Duck, or JFrog Xray.
