Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP authorization inquiries from internal and external business stakeholders.
• Provide quality assurance for authorization and security demands delivered by external partners, ensuring alignment with Bayer standards and compliance requirements.
• Translate business process changes and stakeholder requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP security implementation.
• Lead O2C authorization expertise and coordinate with operational partners to deliver secure, business-aligned solutions.
• Support audit, compliance, and access review activities for SAP roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 11 years of relevant experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC with exposure to Order-to-Cash processes.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge, including O2C authorization concepts and business process understanding.
• SAP security expertise, including SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• SAP GRC experience, including SAP GRC access control and governance for authorization compliance.
• SAP S/4HANA security experience, including security projects and access governance for S/4HANA.

Good to Have:

• GxP compliance knowledge (pharmaceutical/regulated environment exposure).
