Lead complex programs by managing client expectations, driving delivery across technical and business teams, and ensuring alignment with governance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client interactions, managing stakeholder expectations and clarifying dependencies.
• Drive program planning, tracking, and reporting using PMI knowledge areas, coordinating delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Translate client requirements related to MRO processes, work order management, and AI-based scheduling solutions into structured artifacts.
• Monitor progress across all workstreams, tracking KPIs and escalating risks or issues to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of total professional experience in Project/Program Management, Digital Engineering, or IT Services.
• 5+ years in client-facing onsite roles, preferably in the USA.
• Strong background working with Aerospace clients (MRO, engineering workflows, or operations).
• Working knowledge of Data Science concepts (predictive models, optimization, ML workflows) and Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, data models, SQL).
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP – fundamentals).
• Experience with Operations Research methods including CPM and CCM.
• Strong understanding of PMI frameworks, artifacts, and governance.
• Experience managing multi-location delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certifications (PMP / PgMP / PMI-ACP).
• Understanding of aviation standards or MRO-specific workflows.
