Description

You will coordinate and track complex technical programs, managing risks, mitigations, and change requests.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Track program statuses, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor defect queues hourly to ensure timely responses and execute warm hand-offs.
• Host and lead weekly team meetings, summarizing insights using Co-pilot post-meeting.
• Coordinate technical details gathering for design, business continuity planning, and domain roadmaps with TPMs, Architects, System Analysts, and Development Managers.
• Attend design and operational meetings to set expectations and ensure leadership coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Program Management tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience managing schedules, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the technology or services sector.
