Good to Have Skills: Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage. Health or Retirement domain experience preferred. Advanced SAS functions and utilities knowledge. Understanding of data flows and common data stores. Ability to translate client requirements and legislation into system specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead programming and testing of the batch system to meet client requirements
• Own end-to-end batch delivery, including client interactions and system implementation
• Create and review analysis and test plans aligned to business requirements
• Ensure post-implementation stability and continuous system readiness for optimal performance
• Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and solution delivery across all projects
• Provide oversight for automated production job monitoring and ensure prompt attention to failures
• Coach and develop team members while leading knowledge enhancement initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement and client organizational initiatives for business growth

Experience Required: Advanced hands-on expertise in SQL and SAS programming or JCL/DB2. Strong knowledge of DB2 relational databases and data models. Proficient knowledge in at least one domain solution with Health or Retirement preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Education: B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE. BCA + MCA candidates may apply
