Description

Lead programming, testing, and end-to-end delivery of batch systems, ensuring technical excellence and system stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming and testing of batch systems to meet client requirements.
• Own end-to-end batch delivery, including client interactions and system implementation.
• Create and review analysis and test plans aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure post-implementation stability and continuous system readiness for optimal performance.
• Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and solution delivery across projects.

Required Skills

• Advanced hands-on expertise in SQL and SAS programming or JCL/DB2.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 relational databases and data models.
• Proficient experience with Mainframe and Batch Systems.
• Experience in Data Processing, System Analysis, and Debugging.
• Ability to translate client requirements and legislation into system specifications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro.
• Health or Retirement domain experience.
