Description

Lead mid-to-large scale projects across multiple business units, owning the full lifecycle from planning through closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing dependencies and critical paths.
• Develop integrated project plans, manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Drive risk identification, impact analysis, and mitigation strategies for complex initiatives.
• Lead organizational change management, including communication and training plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party resources to ensure performance and alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management leading complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of core banking systems and deposit products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Core Deposits platforms (e.g., Hogan).
• Exposure to organizational change management practices.
