Description

You will set strategic portfolio vision, governance, and value delivery roadmaps for enterprise programs. You will lead Agile delivery, AI-augmented resource optimization, and executive stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio-level strategies, OKRs, and value realization metrics aligned with executive leadership.
• Govern enterprise Agile programs, PI Planning, and portfolio Kanban using AI-enhanced delivery platforms.
• Develop executive dashboards and predictive delivery indicators for C-suite visibility and risk management.
• Manage complex multi-vendor projects, negotiating contracts and ensuring AI-readiness across the ecosystem.
• Lead enterprise risk governance, utilizing AI-driven scenario modeling for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs.
• PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification required.
• Strategic expertise in agentic AI, AI governance, and enterprise AI platform evaluation.
• Proficiency in Kanban, Agile at scale, and AI-optimized resource allocation.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and establishing Agile Centers of Excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Lean Portfolio Management or additional AI/enterprise Agile credentials.
• Experience with AI-augmented estimation models and predictive analytics tools.
