Description

You will lead the management and implementation of complex projects and programs across all phases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track milestones for multiple large projects.
• Manage external partners and third-party vendors to ensure delivery of project goals.
• Proactively manage risks, identify dependencies, and devise contingency plans for scope changes or crises.
• Mentor other Project Managers within the IT Department.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience in project management, covering process development and execution.
• Project Management expertise, including managing multi-vendor streams (requirements, QA).
• Proficiency with project management software, specifically Microsoft Project.
• Strong competence in MS Office tools and technical competency with various software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding one million dollars.
• Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior project managers.
