Description

Direct and manage the implementation of the DDAP program and business process re-engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage DDAP workstreams adhering to established timelines and schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues using a RAID Log, developing mitigation strategies to closure.
• Coordinate with Application, Data Warehouse, Informatics, Solution Management, Networking, Security, and Service Management teams to define tasks and schedules.
• Ensure project compliance with HHS DC IT PMO standards, procedures, and Daptiv guidelines.
• Mentor junior project management staff to build organizational capability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience leading successful implementations.
• Deep familiarity with the five PMI project phases and their associated inputs and outputs.
• Experience managing project documentation via SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in using RAID Logs for risk and issue management.
• Ability to consult with program areas and IT teams to define requirements and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of ELS PM, HHS DC IT, Application, Data Warehouse, and Informatics environments.
