Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, estimates, and deliverables.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes using RAID logs and formal change-management processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Application Development, Data Warehouse, Informatics, Networking, Security, and Service Management.Manage vendors and facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers.
Prepare weekly status reports, project metrics, executive-level updates, presentations, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain Communication Plans, Deliverables Matrices, Project Management Plans, and other project documentation.
Ensure projects comply with established PMO standards, methodologies, governance, and processes.Identify project risks proactively and develop effective mitigation and resolution strategies
