Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Apply PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools to ensure project success.
• Define processes, procedures, and best practices to advance project management discipline across teams.
• Maintain consistent project standards throughout the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive project management experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead Project Manager capacity.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Proficiency in PM principles, methods, and techniques.
• Expertise in PMI methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing project management services within the healthcare industry.
• Valid SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master certification.
