You will lead the development and implementation of AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models through rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct research and development to integrate latest advancements in AI and ML.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in Python.
• Proficiency with Flask API and Fast API.
• Experience with Pandas, PyTorch, and Transformers.
• Practical application of OpenAI and Huggingface tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP/CV, and Generative AI concepts.
• Proven track record of building products using AI models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client engagement and team leadership.
