Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications and services powered by large language models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Python-based systems for real-time and batch inference.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs using Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and user feedback to improve accuracy and safety.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through engineering standards and reviews.
• Mentor developers and researchers on Python best practices and LLM integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Python development experience, including system architecture and large-scale deployments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience deploying models in production using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with vector databases like FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
