Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts while leading technical strategy and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Python automation frameworks for testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead automation initiatives, define technical roadmaps, and estimate development efforts.
• Integrate solutions with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot automation failures.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Python programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation libraries: requests, pandas, pytest, selenium, paramiko, boto3.
• Experience with REST API automation and integration.
• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to debug, log, and optimize performance in automation scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) or SQL databases.
