Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into effective automated test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Implement behavior-driven test coverage using BDD and Cucumber practices.
• Identify automation gaps, investigate test failures, and coordinate defect resolution with engineering teams.
• Establish automation standards, review test code, and mentor other quality engineers.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of experience in software testing and test automation, including experience leading automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and automation testing in product or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Pytest for UI and regression automation.
• Practical experience creating and maintaining BDD and Cucumber-based test suites.
• Ability to design maintainable automation frameworks and integrate testing into software delivery workflows.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Rest Assured for API test automation.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
