Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of scalable data engineering solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain data workflows using REST APIs and JSON.
• Manage and maintain data persistence across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure system stability by monitoring performance and conducting thorough code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development or a similar engineering role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong SQL and cloud-native development experience, specifically with AWS.
• Expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices and working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Vue.js or front-end development.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
