You will lead the development of Python-based applications and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient Python applications and APIs.
• Design and implement MongoDB data models and schemas.
• Optimize database queries and overall system performance.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to development process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across production and development environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Python and MongoDB.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Expertise in designing efficient MongoDB data models and using the aggregation framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design principles.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and debug technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Flask or Django web frameworks.
