Description

Lead the software development lifecycle and technical direction for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult stakeholders to define project scope and business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and document new software features.
• Manage migration of existing solutions to AWS cloud environments.
• Investigate application incidents and resolve functionality issues.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Expert knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas and Spark.
• Proficiency with Django, Docker, and Gitlab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Bash/Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of Airflow, AWS, Confluence, and Jira.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing applications within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience working in Scrum Agile environments.
• Experience writing Airflow DAGs and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
