Description

You will lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of a core product vertical, architecting scalable full-stack solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Integrate external AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) and voice technologies (STT/TTS) into the product.
• Design cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, including database architecture and security.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
• Mentor 2–3 junior engineers while remaining hands-on with critical feature development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production software from 0→1 and 1→10.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience architecting SaaS platforms serving thousands of users.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS or Azure, including deployments and security configurations.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to make pragmatic, high-quality technical decisions under startup constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI) and LLM-powered applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases (RAG), and real-time audio technologies.
