You will lead the development of modular, reusable codebases and production-level AIOps solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build quick prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Design and implement event-driven microservices and API architectures.
• Deploy AIOps solutions and integrate AI/ML models into IT operations workflows.
• Coach, train, and mentor software and data engineers.
• Develop and maintain modular codebases to ensure high reusability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full stack development using Python and Java.
• 7+ years of UI experience with Angular or React, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of API design and development.
• 7+ years of experience with container orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• 7+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Agile tools.
• 7+ years of experience using Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• 3+ years of data streaming experience with Apache Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics, or GCP Data Flow.
• 3+ years of ETL workflow experience using PySpark, Spark, or Databricks.
• 3+ years of public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP/Vertex AI) including Prompt Engineering and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 3+ years of technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• 5+ years of engineering testing and analysis of cloud technology services.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Neo4j).
