Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and React.js.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build secure backend systems with Django or Flask, integrating them with React-based frontends.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend applications.
• Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Strong proficiency in Django or Flask for backend development.
• Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, and TypeScript for modern frontend development.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Experience with database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
