Lead developer teams to design and build scalable software applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Design and build scalable software applications using Python.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks including Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks.
• Competency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven leadership experience in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Python or relevant technology certifications.
