Description

Lead the technical implementation of infrastructure and services supporting fixed income web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design technical implementations based on client specifications and champion engineering best practices.
• Maintain code excellence through rigorous testing, pull request reviews, and automated deployment.
• Lead the delivery of CI/CD environments and implement application observability.
• Own the debugging and troubleshooting of simple to complex technical problems.
• Socialize engineering decisions with both the customer and the internal team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the delivery and support of web applications.
• 2+ years of experience guiding teams through successful application delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django ORM.
• Proficiency with Postgres databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Plotly Dash or Apache Superset.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Circle CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Tox, pytest, pycodestyle, and coverage.
• Ability to work within an agile delivery environment.
