Description

You will lead the development and implementation of core back-end services, integrating Generative AI models into enterprise workflows. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement back-end components for web applications using Python.
• Integrate Generative AI models into enterprise workflows via Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Develop APIs and microservices to support AI-driven features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to fine-tune models for business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python, Node.js, SpringBoot, or Java for back-end logic.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure components like API Gateway, CloudFormation, and IAM.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model deployment.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with data science teams on model integration.
• Background in enterprise-scale application architecture.
