Description

You will lead backend development efforts using Python, focusing on API design, data handling, and deployment pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable APIs using Django or Flask.
• Manage deployments and optimize existing codebases for performance.
• Write and execute complex queries against MS SQL Server.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming.
• 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise with Django and Flask API frameworks.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and complex query writing.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience in the Banking Industry or Lending portfolio.
