Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software developers, providing technical guidance and conducting requirement analysis.
• Perform code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
• Collaborate with Business, product owners, designers, and QA teams.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage complex database interactions and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming.
• 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Django and Flask API frameworks.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience in the Banking Industry or Lending portfolio.
