Lead a team of Python developers to architect and implement scalable software solutions using AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect and maintain scalable systems using AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure high test coverage.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability while troubleshooting and debugging existing software.
• Enforce coding standards and manage technical projects across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience focusing on Python.
• Strong proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical projects.
• Deep understanding of server-side logic and scalable application design.
• Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be an H1B visa holder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML5.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certifications.
