Lead Python Developer with GenAI

Lead technical development and mentor engineering teams to deliver commercial and research AI solutions for US-based clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams of 3-5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure clean, efficient code and maintain high data quality standards.
• Customize annotation tools and automate tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Resolve technical conflicts and manage resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of professional experience in Python.
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing small development teams.
• Expertise in writing clean, optimized code and performing quality assurance.
• Experience in tool customization and task automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
