Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications. Own end-to-end solutions from RESTful APIs to user interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions including databases and front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Ensure application stability, security, and performance across the stack.
• Integrate third-party services and drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on Python.
• Deep understanding of Python frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong front-end skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with database design and management for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with demonstrated leadership ability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, GraphQL, or message broker systems.
